Dr Stacy
CECCHET

Dr. Stacy Cecchet is a board-certified forensic and operational psychologist embedded in Washington�s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force and serves as a criminal profiler with the Cold Case Foundation. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Cecchet consults internationally with law enforcement agencies and provides expert witness testimony on topics related to child exploitation, psychosexual risk, trauma, and violent crime. She specializes in offender typologies, female and sadistic offenders, child torture, interview strategies, and law enforcement wellness. She also chairs the sex abuse review board for the Conventual Franciscans of California. A published author and sought-after lecturer, Dr. Cecchet is known for her trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to high-risk populations and digital exploitation. Her work bridges clinical insight with investigative strategy to improve outcomes for both survivors and professionals.
