Hayden Flett is a Senior Investigator with the Digital Child Exploitation Team (DCET) at the Department of Internal Affairs in New Zealand. Hayden joined DCET in 2019 and undertakes several roles, including the criminal investigation and prosecution of child sexual exploitation material offending, as well as being a primary subject matter expert for a NZ based cloud storage provider. Hayden has led domestic CSEM operations, and was one of the key people involved in leading Operation H, New Zealand�s largest CSEM operation that resulted in 146 children safeguarded from over 830 cases investigated internationally. As a passionate child protection professional, Hayden is dedicated to identifying offenders and rescuing children in need.
