Dr Sarah Napier is Research Manager of the Online Sexual Exploitation of Children (OSEC) Research Program at the Australian Institute of Criminology, where she conducts research into child sexual abuse material offending, live streaming of child sexual abuse and effectiveness of OSEC prevention programs. The purpose of Sarah�s research is to understand offending behaviour in order to inform prevention and disruption of online harms against children. Dr Napier holds a PhD in Criminology from the University of Sydney, which focused on OSEC offending. She has also conducted research into juvenile sexual offending, the effectiveness of public sex offender registries and sex offender treatment programs, domestic violence and drug use. Dr Napier is currently Chair of the Australian Federal Police�s Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) Research Working Group
