New Jersey State Police, ICAC Task Force

Paul is the Lieutenant of the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and the New Jersey Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force Commander. He has been a Trooper for over 20 years, and he has over 12 years of experience conducting ICAC investigations. He leads a dynamic and high performing team of Detectives. Paul was nominated in 2019 for Trooper of the Year for investigative excellence in ICAC investigations. Paul has extensive experience conducting undercover ICAC investigations involving both domestic and international targets. Paul is sought after as an advisor and leader in the field of undercover child exploitation investigations. Paul is an instructor for Fox Valley Technically College, where he instructs ICAC investigators in undercover investigations and chatting techniques. Paul holds a B.A. and a Masters of Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
