Mark Cronin
Detective Sergeant Mark CRONIN is the NT Police Team Leader of the Northern Territory Joint Anti-Child Exploitation Team, a Northern Territory Police and Australian Federal Police joint taskforce combatting child exploitation. Born and raised in Denmark (EU), before relocating to Australia in 2007, and joining the Northern Territory Police Force in 2012, DS CRONIN has served across the Northern Territory, in remote, regional and metropolitan locations. Having worked in primarily child abuse and sex crimes since 2016, DS CRONIN was awarded the Northern Territory Police Detective designation in 2018 and promoted to Detective Sergeant in 2023. DS CRONIN holds Bachelor of Policing and Master of Investigation degrees from Charles Sturt University (Sydney, AU).
