Soleil Randall is a Special Agent (SA) with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Fort Myers, Florida, where she has conducted and participated in investigations relating to the sexual exploitation of children, including violations pertaining to the production, distribution, receipt, possession, and access with intent to view child sexual abuse material. In 2022, HSI SA Randall was certified by the HSI Cyber Crimes Center (C3) as a Computer Forensics Agent (CFA). In 2024, HSI SA Randall was certified by Sumuri as a Certified Forensic Mac Examiner (CFME). HSI SA Randall has over 20 years of criminal investigative experience, nearly half of which has been focused on investigating and prosecuting child predators.
