Brazilian Federal Police

I am a federal law enforcement and a criminal analyst with the Brazilian Federal Police, with nearly 22 years of experience primarily focused on Crimes Against Children. I currently serve on Brazil’s Victim Identification and DarkWeb Investigations Task Forces, leading complex analysis to identify and prosecute high-value targets, including contact offenders and DarkWeb administrators.

My work integrates advanced investigative techniques with applied research to develop innovative, AI-assisted tools that enhance the effectiveness of DarkWeb investigations. I also bring extensive experience in international cooperation, contributing to EU-funded projects and global expert groups focused on protecting children and combating technology-facilitated crimes.
