ATTWOOD

Phil joined the Child Rescue Coalition (CRC) in July 2023 having previously been a Detective Chief Inspector in the UK as the National UCOL Coordinator for CSEA. Prior to that, Phil led the creation of the UCOL capability within the South East Regional Organised Crime unit.

Phil has a background in serious and organised crime, focusing on drugs conspiracy and firearms importation utilising a host of covert tactics and resources.

Within CRC, Phil’s main focus is on Project Nemesis, which involves technology software development within End to End Encrypted chatroom environments for CSEA and other crimes in the vulnerabilities space and also supports other technology under the CRC umbrella.

Phil has a degree in politics and a Masters in criminology.
