Homeland Security Investigations

Michael Toste is a Special Agent with United States Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Frederick, Maryland, currently assigned to the Cyber & Human Exploitation Group. Michael works as a liaison to the Frederick Inter-agency Child Exploitation and Persons Trafficking (INTERCEPT) Task Force. Michael’s focus in investigations is on international child sex trafficking through means of live distant child abuse and child sex tourism.
Prior to his time with HSI, Michael was deputy sheriff with the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office where he spent a majority of his career as an investigator specializing in crimes against persons and child pornography related offenses.
