Presentation:

Case study of the progression of a teenager / adult offender, and psychological mindset of young recidivist offenders.

A 2017 - 2018 Argos investigation of an 18 year old offender William who groomed and procured online a 12/13 year old USA female. William continued to reoffend during the investigation, after being arrested and bailed, whilst in prison, and after CPOR has conducted device inspections. In 2023, William was charged with multiple Rape and Indecent Treatment offences for grooming local young children and engaged in sexual acts whilst videoing it, which have likely been shared or posted online. Whilst in prison and has engaged in sexual relations with another cell mate.
