This presentation explores a collaborative initiative to translate world-leading victim identification expertise into a structured digital framework embedded within the Katalyst platform. Developed in partnership between Kindred Tech, Pathfinder Labs, and Professor Paul Griffiths of UNSW, the framework provides law enforcement agencies with a checklist-driven pathway to build and sustain victim identification capability across diverse environments.
