How targeted, free technology tools can dramatically increase investigative capacity for under-resourced child exploitation units
Global Emancipation Network shares lessons from its Last Mile program, which embeds technologists with under-resourced law enforcement agencies to deliver free, bespoke investigative tools. Drawing on a deployment with a child exploitation unit, this presentation demonstrates how free platforms available today can save hundreds of weeks of investigative effort annually and directly advance child victim identification. The session highlights a replicable, practitioner-first model for cross-border collaboration and technology access equity.
