Genevieve Bloxsom

Genevieve Bloxsom is researcher and PhD Candidate at the University of Melbourne, and a Senior Advisor at Queensland Child Safety. Genevieve’s research focuses on how children are financially coerced to "self-produce" child sexual exploitation material, with a focus on understanding how this emerging form of exploitation can be identified, disrupted and prevented. Genevieve believes the risk of child sexual abuse and exploitation can be reduced when children and adult victim/survivors are respected and listened to.
