Siti Kamsiah Hassan

Senior Assistant Commissioner Siti Kamsiah Hassan is the Principal Assistant Director of the Sexual, Women and Child Investigation Division (D11) of the Royal Malaysia Police, bringing over 34 years of investigative and leadership experience in crimes against women and children, sexual offences, domestic violence and Online Child Sexual Exploitation. Since 2020, she has led Malaysia’s national efforts to strengthen investigative standards, intelligence led operations, digital capabilities and multi agency coordination, while overseeing complex cases involving OCSE, child abuse, trafficking and transnational organised crime. Her career includes close collaboration with international partners such as the AFP, FBI, HSI and INTERPOL, active membership in the VCACITF, and significant contributions to national policy development. She holds multiple academic qualifications and has been recognised with national honours and regional awards, including being named among the Top Women in Security ASEAN Region.
