Miriam Longo is the Coordinator of Data, Technology and Products within the Crimes Against Children Unit at INTERPOL. She supports the development and use of technological solutions, including AI-driven tools, to assist law enforcement in addressing the online sexual exploitation and abuse of children.

She has extensive experience in crimes against children investigations, with a focus on victim identification, darkweb investigations, and international law enforcement cooperation. Her work involves close collaboration with partners across jurisdictions, supporting cross-border investigations and information sharing.

Miriam holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Law and has over 20 years of experience as a Federal Police officer in Brazil. Her background combines operational policing, intelligence, and international cooperation, with a continued focus on supporting efforts to protect children
