Chris Mccarthy

Chris has worked in leadership and management roles across government, commercial and not-for-profit sectors for almost 30 years, having been the CEO of PACT (Protect All Children Today) for the past three year and previously as CEO for Hear and Say, a Queensland-based organisation supporting children with hearing loss and their families.
He is passionate about building strong teams and working collaboratively to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients and communities. His experience as a CEO, board director and leader across the health, disability and social services sectors brings a strong focus on balancing strategic direction, operational leadership and quality service delivery in support of PACT's clients, volunteers and stakeholders.
A born-and-bred Queenslander, Chris enjoys spending time with family, anything involving the water, and is a die-hard rugby union tragic.
