Fiona Naylor is a DLSC with Victoria Police specialising in the identification and safeguarding of victims of online child exploitation.
After joining Victoria Police in 2009, Fiona has spent most of her time investigating child sexual offences. Working in the Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team (JACET), she is a dedicated Victim Identification Specialist.
She proactively identifies new and emerging child abuse material across multiple platforms, analysing complex data to support national and international investigations that safeguard children.
She is a strong advocate in the development of innovative technologies to enhance investigative impact and holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a MSc of Information Security and Intelligence, combining behavioural insight with technical expertise in complex, high-risk investigations.
