Natalie is a Victim Identification Specialist for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Cyber Crimes Center (C3), Child Exploitation Investigations Unit (CEIU), Victim Identification Program (VIP), providing image/video/audio forensic analysis in support of child exploitation investigations and victim identification.
Natalie has a decade of experience with child exploitation investigations, starting her career with HSI at the Honolulu field office in the Cyber Crimes group, joining the VIP in 2022, and becoming certified as Computer Forensic Analyst in 2023. Prior to working for HSI, Natalie was a Special Agent for the U.S. Army in the Criminal Investigations Division working all types of criminal investigations. Natalie graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, later earning a Master of Professional Studies degree in Applied Intelligence with a focus on Homeland Security from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
